Municipal Service Fees

Approved tariffs for solid household waste collection and removal, clean drinking water, and equipment services provided by the municipal enterprise “Kurama-Suu” within the Kurama rural area.

100 KGS / month — solid waste removal from each household
50 KGS / 1 m³ — clean drinking water according to meter readings
2500 KGS / 1 hour — main special equipment services
50% discount for socially vulnerable and low-income families

Tariffs for Solid Waste Removal and Clean Drinking Water

According to Resolution No. 22/1 of the Kurama Rural Council dated July 31, 2025.

Solid household waste

For individuals

100 KGS / month

Payment is charged from each household, regardless of the age of residents, for the collection and removal of solid household waste.

Subsidy

Support from the rural municipality

50 KGS / household

In addition, the rural municipality pays a subsidy of 50 KGS per household to the municipal enterprise “Kurama-Suu”.

Clean drinking water

Payment by meter

50 KGS / 1 m³

The tariff for clean drinking water applies from December 1, 2025, according to monthly water meter readings.

  • For legal entities, the fee for the collection and removal of solid household waste is determined on a contractual basis.
  • The clean drinking water tariff for individuals is applied according to water meter readings.
  • Control over the implementation of the resolution is assigned to the municipal enterprise “Kurama-Suu” and the responsible secretary of the rural council.

Equipment Services of the Municipal Enterprise “Kurama-Suu”

According to Resolution No. 34 of the Kurama Rural Council dated October 10, 2025.

Benefit

For socially vulnerable and low-income families

50% discount

A 50% discount on equipment services is provided for socially vulnerable and low-income families.

Supervision

Implementation control

Control over the implementation of the resolution is assigned to the relevant standing commission of the Kurama Rural Council.

Note: the tariffs are provided on the basis of the relevant resolutions of the Kurama Rural Council. For additional information on payment procedures and service provision, residents may contact the municipal enterprise “Kurama-Suu” or the Kurama Rural Municipality.
