Citizens’ Reception Schedule
Citizens are received at the Kurama Ayil Okmotu in accordance with the established schedule. The Head of the Ayil Okmotu and the Deputy Head receive citizens on working days, except Wednesday. In the absence of the Head of the Ayil Okmotu, citizens are received by the Deputy Head.
Officials Conducting Reception
In order to ensure timely consideration of citizens’ appeals and provide explanations on relevant issues, reception is conducted by the Head of the Ayil Okmotu and the Deputy Head of the Ayil Okmotu.
Head of the Ayil Okmotu
Receives citizens on working days, except Wednesday. Relevant explanations are provided regarding citizens’ appeals, applications and proposals.
Deputy Head of the Ayil Okmotu
In the absence of the Head of the Ayil Okmotu, citizens are received by the Deputy Head. The Deputy Head also receives citizens on working days, except Wednesday.
Weekly Reception Procedure
The reception schedule is organized according to working days. On Wednesday, citizens’ reception is not conducted, as this day is allocated for working with documents.
Monday
Citizens are received by the Head of the Ayil Okmotu or the Deputy Head.
Tuesday
Citizens’ applications, proposals and appeals are reviewed.
Wednesday
This day is allocated for working with documents.
Thursday
Reception and explanations on citizens’ issues are conducted.
Friday
Citizens’ appeals are received on the last working day of the week.
Important Information
Citizens’ reception is not conducted on Wednesday. On this day, the Ayil Okmotu works with documents. In the absence of the Head of the Ayil Okmotu, citizens are received by the Deputy Head.
Procedure for Submitting Appeals
Citizens may apply on reception days regarding personal matters, applications, proposals and other appeals. It is recommended to clearly state the essence of the issue and provide relevant documents if necessary.
- when attending reception, it is recommended to bring an identity document;
- if there are documents related to the issue, they should be brought along;
- the content of the appeal should be stated clearly and understandably;
- if necessary, the appeal is registered in written form.
