An important project aimed at developing the education sector and improving learning conditions for students is being implemented in Kurama rural area.

In Panfilov village, construction is underway on an additional educational building with 270 seats for Muktar Tilekeev Panfilov General Secondary School.

The facility is located at 351 Tsentralnaya Street, Panfilov village. The land plot is on the balance sheet of Kurama Ayil Okmotu, and there is also a state act for the land plot.

The total land area is 29,733.0 sq. m, while the area allocated for the construction of the facility is 1 hectare.

Construction works began in March 2026. The contractor carrying out the construction is Atlant-Stroy LLC.

The total project cost is 260 million KGS.

Once completed, the new building will create additional conditions for quality education, reduce the load on the existing school building, and improve the educational infrastructure of the village.
